Expanding on the work I began at Playa, I continue to look at the way humans have defined the landscape with boundaries that often defy the natural order of the landscape.These artificial lines of separation define human interactions and are a source of tension in our relationship to the land and to each other. They can also be a key to our understanding of place. This is an on-going project.
